Can a Veteran upload an entire VA medical record?

PBRx is designed to accept a Veteran-authorized VA medical-record export and organize supported information into a longitudinal Health Vault. Import coverage and verification safeguards will be documented before public release.

Can outside medical records be included?

Yes. The intended record includes authorized documents from community care, civilian hospitals, physicians, specialists, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare sources.

How can PBRx identify gaps in care?

By arranging records into a source-linked chronology, PBRx can surface missing time periods, absent outside-care records, unresolved follow-ups, and changes that may not be apparent when each record is viewed separately. PBRx identifies information gaps; it does not itself provide medical care.

Can the organized record help with a VA disability claim?

It may help the Veteran and an accredited representative locate medical evidence and understand the chronology of diagnoses, symptoms, treatment, testing, and progression. PBRx does not determine service connection or eligibility, file claims, provide legal advice, or guarantee benefits.

Can PBRx answer health questions?

PBRx is designed to answer questions using evidence in the Veteran’s vault, including clinical notes, diagnostic results, laboratory history, medication records, and wearable trends. It supports understanding and appointment preparation; it does not independently diagnose or prescribe treatment.

Is PBRx.Vet part of the Department of Veterans Affairs?

No. PBRx.Vet is an independent service of Find The Cure, Inc. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the VA, DoD, Armed Forces, or any federal agency.
